Well my search is over,
when i updated to Flash CS3, I was doing some remoting stuff, using Adobe’s built in classes for remoting and the all powerful amfphp the problem was that all my remoting apps failed with FLCS3 why ? Adobe “gently” removed those classes 
<sigh> so i googled for some answers and i found one i was pleased with, better yet one i was confortable with.
The solution was provided by Thibault Imbert an Adobe Systems Engineer and Author of a great AS3 book called “Pratique d’ActionScript 3″, if you can read and know french i strongly advise you the book it’s 1100 pages but’s it’s well worth your time ;), oh! and did i mention it was free ?
